Plenty of providers ask for your trust. We’d rather you verify us.
Our registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is public — search “Diamond Care Victoria” on the Commission’s provider register and you’ll see our sixteen approved support types and our registration period through to 9 October 2028. Our office is a real address you can visit: 5 Magna Vista Rise, Narre Warren, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Our supported living homes are real houses in real streets, and you can walk through one before you decide anything.

FAQs
Yes. We’re registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, approved through to 9 October 2028, across sixteen support types. You can verify this yourself on the Commission’s public provider register — search our name or our ABN, 26 633 543 834.
The City of Casey is our core area — Narre Warren, Cranbourne and surrounding suburbs. We also cover parts of Cardinia and Greater Dandenong subject to capacity. If you’re outside our area, send your enquiry anyway and we’ll refer you to a provider who covers you.
Vacancy status changes, so we publish it rather than make you ring around: see our accommodation pages for each home’s current status and its last-updated date. Or call 1300 765 559 and ask.
It depends on the support and your suburb. Simple in-home supports can often start within a couple of weeks. SIL and high intensity supports take longer because assessment and matching are involved. For anything urgent — a discharge date, supports ending this week — call rather than use the form.
Yes. Worker matching is part of setting up your supports — including gender preference, language and cultural needs. If a match isn’t working, tell us and we’ll change it. You won’t be asked to justify it.
Use the request form and select “Support coordinator or plan manager”, or call 1300 765 559. We acknowledge referrals the same business day and confirm capacity within one.
Call the office, or send the request form and we’ll confirm your funding pathway, your suburb and whether we can genuinely deliver what you need. If we can’t, we’ll say so and point you to someone who can.
