The process

How it works

  1. 1

    Enquire.

Call, or send the request form. We respond within one business day.

  2. 2

    We check the fit.

Funding pathway, suburb, and whether we can genuinely deliver what you need. If we can’t, we say so and point you to someone who can.

  3. 3

    We meet.

You, your family or your coordinator — at our office, your home, or wherever suits.

  4. 4

    Supports start.

With workers matched to your preferences, and a service agreement you understood before you signed it.

  • Participants and families making their first NDIS decisions or their fifteenth.

  • Support coordinators and plan managers who need a provider that answers the phone.

FAQs

Questions people ask us

Is Diamond Care Victoria a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. We’re registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, approved through to 9 October 2028, across sixteen support types. You can verify this yourself on the Commission’s public provider register — search our name or our ABN, 26 633 543 834.

Which suburbs do you service?

The City of Casey is our core area — Narre Warren, Cranbourne and surrounding suburbs. We also cover parts of Cardinia and Greater Dandenong subject to capacity. If you’re outside our area, send your enquiry anyway and we’ll refer you to a provider who covers you.

Do you have SIL vacancies?

Vacancy status changes, so we publish it rather than make you ring around: see our accommodation pages for each home’s current status and its last-updated date. Or call 1300 765 559 and ask.

How quickly can supports start?

It depends on the support and your suburb. Simple in-home supports can often start within a couple of weeks. SIL and high intensity supports take longer because assessment and matching are involved. For anything urgent — a discharge date, supports ending this week — call rather than use the form.

Can I choose my support worker?

Yes. Worker matching is part of setting up your supports — including gender preference, language and cultural needs. If a match isn’t working, tell us and we’ll change it. You won’t be asked to justify it.

How do support coordinators refer a participant?

Use the request form and select “Support coordinator or plan manager”, or call 1300 765 559. We acknowledge referrals the same business day and confirm capacity within one.

Tell us what you need. We respond within one business day.

Call the office, or send the request form and we’ll confirm your funding pathway, your suburb and whether we can genuinely deliver what you need. If we can’t, we’ll say so and point you to someone who can.
