In-home support

Support that comes to you

Diamond Care Victoria delivers NDIS supports in your own home across the City of Casey and Cranbourne: personal care, high intensity supports, community nursing, household tasks and yard maintenance. One local team, consistent workers, rosters that hold. Registered NDIS provider, approved to 9 October 2028. We respond within one business day.

Your home, your pace

Home is where support should fit around you — not the reverse

In your own home, you set the pace. Our job is to slot support into your routine so precisely that the routine still feels like yours: the shower at the time you actually like it, meals you actually eat, a worker who knows how you take your coffee by week two.

Consistency

Consistency is the whole product

Anyone can send a worker once. The hard part — the part that matters — is the same faces, week after week, so you’re not re-explaining your needs to a stranger every Tuesday. We roster locally, which is why our rosters hold: our workers live around Casey, not ninety minutes away. When someone’s on leave, you’re told in advance and introduced to the replacement, not surprised at the door.

Getting started

Getting started

One conversation about your needs, your plan and your suburb. A meet-and-greet with proposed workers before anything starts. A service agreement in plain English, priced to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, signed only when you’ve understood it. Then a review after the first month, because the roster on paper and the roster in real life are rarely identical first go.

FAQs

Questions people ask us

Which suburbs do you cover for in-home support?

The City of Casey is core — Narre Warren, Cranbourne and surrounds — plus parts of Cardinia and Greater Dandenong subject to capacity.

Can I have the same worker each visit?

That’s the goal and mostly the reality. Small local teams mean consistent faces; leave and illness are covered with introduced replacements, not strangers.

Do you support NDIS and privately funded clients?

Our in-home supports are delivered under NDIS funding — plan-managed, self-managed or NDIA-managed. Ask us about other arrangements and we’ll answer honestly.

What hours can supports run?

Rostered times agreed with you — including early mornings, evenings and weekends. Office hours govern enquiries, not supports.

How fast can in-home support start?

Often within a couple of weeks for standard supports. High intensity and nursing supports take longer because assessment comes first — that’s a feature, not a delay.

Tell us what you need. We respond within one business day.

Call the office, or send the request form and we’ll confirm your funding pathway, your suburb and whether we can genuinely deliver what you need. If we can’t, we’ll say so and point you to someone who can.
