Diamond Care Victoria delivers NDIS-funded household tasks across the City of Casey and Cranbourne: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and basic home organisation where disability makes these tasks difficult. Funded from your Core budget, delivered by screened support workers, and shaped around what you can and want to do yourself.
The difference
This is a disability support, not a cleaning franchise
The difference matters. A cleaning company’s job ends with a clean bench. Ours starts with a question: what does this home need to stay safe, healthy and yours — and which parts do you want to do yourself, with support? For some people that’s full assistance. For others it’s doing the cooking together, building toward doing it alone. Both are the support working.

If a task needs a licensed trade or specialist equipment, we say so and point you right, rather than do it badly.
Practicalities
Practical details
Products: yours, or ours — including low-fragrance options if sensitivity is an issue. Pets: fine, tell us in advance. Access: keys and entry arrangements documented and auditable, never casual.Same-worker consistency: the default, for the same reason as all our supports — you shouldn’t re-explain your home weekly.

Is household help really covered by the NDIS?
Yes — where disability affects your ability to maintain your home, Household Tasks is a Core-funded support. We’ll confirm against your plan before starting.
Can the worker cook with me rather than for me?
Yes, and we’d encourage it if skill-building is one of your goals — that shifts naturally toward our life skills support.
How often can visits happen?
Weekly and fortnightly are most common; your plan and your needs set the ceiling. We’ll be straight about what your funding sustains.
Do I need to be home?
Your choice. Many people prefer to be; documented access arrangements cover the times you’re not.
Do you do one-off deep cleans?
Within scope, occasionally, as part of an ongoing support. Bond cleans and remediation, no — and we’ll refer you to services that do.
