About us
The local provider you can look in the eye
Diamond Care Victoria is a registered NDIS provider based at 5 Magna Vista Rise, Narre Warren, delivering disability supports across the City of Casey and Cranbourne since 2022. We run supported living homes, in-home supports, day programs and coordination — and every claim we make can be checked against the NDIS Commission's public register.

Why local matters
We chose one region, not every region
Some providers cover the whole state from a call centre. We cover Melbourne’s south-east from an office you can walk into.
That’s a deliberate choice. It means the person answering your call knows Casey’s streets, its GPs, its schools and its hospital discharge teams. It means our support workers aren’t driving ninety minutes between shifts — they’re local, so rosters hold and faces stay familiar. And it means when something needs fixing, you’re talking to the people who can fix it, not a national escalation queue.
What we believe
What we believe, in practice
Values on a wall mean nothing. Here’s what ours look like in the schedule.
Choice is structural, not decorative.
You choose your workers, and you can change them without a reason. Our support coordination puts its conflict of interest in writing and presents alternatives to us by default.
Honesty beats polish.
Our website tells you what we don’t do — no SDA, no plan management, no early childhood intervention — because a clear no is more useful than a vague maybe.
Verification beats reputation.
Registration to 9 October 2028, sixteen approved support types, ABN 26 633 543 834. All public. Check us before you trust us.
Our team
The people behind the supports
Our team includes support workers, support coordinators, rostering staff and practitioners across our sixteen registered support types. Every worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and completes the NDIS Worker Orientation Module before their first shift, with ongoing supervision and training after it.
Accountability
How we’re kept accountable
We’re regulated by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. Incidents are recorded, reported and reviewed. Where a participant’s plan includes a restrictive practice, we implement it exactly as authorised and report monthly to the Commission. If we ever fall short, you have a complaints pathway we make easy to find, and an external one through the Commission that doesn’t need our permission.
FAQs
Questions people ask us

Are you registered, and how do I check?
Search “Diamond Care Victoria” on the NDIS Commission’s Provider Register at ndiscommission.gov.au. You’ll see our approved support types, our registration period and our registered locations.
Where is your office?
5 Magna Vista Rise, Narre Warren VIC 3805 — open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. It’s also where our day programs run, so you’re welcome to look around before deciding anything.
