Privacy Policy

Your privacy rights while we finalise this

Whatever this page eventually says, these apply now and are not ours to grant or withhold — they come from Australian privacy law and the NDIS Code of Conduct:

  • You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy.
  • You can ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.
  • We seek your consent before sharing your information with anyone else.
  • You can complain about how we handle your information, to us or to a regulator.

To raise a privacy concern, see feedback and complaints — the same process, with the same protection against any disadvantage for raising it.
