Clear limits
Being clear about this saves you time and saves us a phone call.
We don’t own or enrol SDA dwellings. We deliver supported independent living — the support inside a home, funded separately from the housing itself.
If you need someone to pay invoices and track your budget, we’ll point you to registered plan managers and you choose.
For children, ask us what we can support and we’ll answer honestly — or refer you on.
We implement plans developed by a specialist behaviour support practitioner, and we report to the NDIS Commission monthly as an implementing provider.

Yes, including gender, language and cultural preferences. And you can ask for a change at any time without a reason.
We charge in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and your service agreement sets out every rate before you sign. No sign-up fees, no exit fees.
Call the office, or send the request form and we’ll confirm your funding pathway, your suburb and whether we can genuinely deliver what you need. If we can’t, we’ll say so and point you to someone who can.
