Careers
Do work that matters, close to home
Diamond Care Victoria employs support workers and coordinators across the City of Casey and Cranbourne — local shifts, genuine training, and rosters built for consistency rather than churn. Every role requires an NDIS Worker Screening Check. See current openings below, or register your interest for future roles.

What working here is like
Local work
Your shifts are in Casey and Cranbourne, not scattered across Melbourne, which is why our rosters hold and our workers stay.
Consistent participants
We match for continuity, so you build real support relationships instead of a parade of first meetings.
Real training
The NDIS Worker Orientation Module before your first shift, then role-specific training, participant-specific briefings and scheduled supervision after it.
A team that knows your name
Small enough that the person doing the rostering knows your name and keeps your commitments in view.
Requirements
What we require — no exceptions
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check — we’ll guide you through applying if you’re new to the sector
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- The right to work in Australia
- References we actually call
- Alignment with the NDIS Code of Conduct — which we train, supervise and hold to, because participants’ safety is the non-negotiable behind everything else
